Fine Sanskrit traces the collar, while the back carries a fluid graphic composition anchored by one precise note of orange. The soft bio-washed cotton and oversized shape feel relaxed and assured; worn with denim, loose trousers or under a clean-lined jacket, it does the work without trying too hard.

about the shloka

Bhagavad Gita 2.50

बुद्धियुक्तो जहातीह उभे सुकृतदुष्कृते ।
तस्माद्योगाय युज्यस्व योगः कर्मसु कौशलम् ॥

One who works with wisdom rises above success and failure. Therefore strive for yoga, for yoga is skill in action.

We study for an exam because we want to pass. We apply for a job because we want it. Behind almost everything we undertake is something we hope to gain. We’ve been conditioned to think this way, and understandably so. If we didn’t want anything, why would we do anything? But this obsession with what we want can shift our attention from the process. We sit down to study because we don't want to fail - not because we love the subject. We begin something we love and become preoccupied with whether it will succeed. The outcome takes center stage - everything else, including our love, fades into the sidelines.

The Bhagavad Gita asks us to loosen this attachment. We can have a goal and still appreciate the path to get there. Remember the curiosity that made us begin. Take pleasure in learning, practising, getting something right. The action may remain the same, but our relationship with it changes. How we do what we do matters.

In Chapter 2, Verse 50 of the Bhagavad Gita, Sri Krishna describes this skill with the words: Yoga is skill in action.
