The Ashtanga Yoga T-shirt
Yoga Sutra 2.29
The Ashtanga Yoga T-shirt is beautifully restrained from the front, with a circular chest mark that feels almost like a private detail. Turn it around and the complete sutra opens through concentric lines, giving the back a precise graphic rhythm. The soft bio-washed cotton and relaxed oversized cut keep it easy, while the artwork gives it the quiet magnetism of a tee someone will inevitably ask you about.
About your tulsi mala
Tulsi is revered in Hindu tradition and regarded as auspicious, with a longstanding place in daily worship and devotion. A tulsi mala carries that significance in a simple strand of wooden beads.
Wear it as a necklace, on its own or alongside your everyday jewellery—a small connection to a living tradition.
We’re including one with every Anuvaka T-shirt as a gesture of goodwill and a thank-you from us.

यमनियमासनप्राणायामप्रत्याहारधारणाध्यानसमाधयोऽष्टावङ्गानि|
Yama, niyama, asana, pranayama, pratyahara, dharana, dhyana and samadhi are the eight limbs of yoga.
The curse of modern day existence is that we can have a life we once longed for and still find ourselves yearning for more. We are helplessly in love, but on a short fuse because we’re chronically tired. We crave some me time, but end up doomscrolling when we find it. Having what we want doesn’t guarantee that we actually have what we want.
The philosophy
Eight Limbs
The curse of modern day existence is that we can have a life we once longed for and still find ourselves yearning for more. We are helplessly in love, but on a short fuse because we’re chronically tired. We crave some me time, but end up doomscrolling when we find it. Having what we want doesn’t guarantee that we actually have what we want.
Patanjali’s eight limbs of yoga give us a methodology that empowers us to build the physical and mental fortitude to live our lives true to our beliefs, impervious to the noise of the outside world. This methodology is wholesome, balanced and sequential—a path that includes posture, pranayama, concentration, introspection and meditation. Together, they cultivate the discernment through which we come to understand ourselves more deeply.
In Chapter 2, Sutra 29 of the Yoga Sutras, Patanjali names them: Yama, niyama, asana, pranayama, pratyahara, dharana, dhyana and samadhi are the eight limbs of yoga.
